The Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is designed in response to the important role of human resources (HR) management in any organization. It provides the students with the necessary background essential to meet the needs of the corporate HR department in the 21st century.
This certified program is appropriate for both newcomers to the human resources field and those with some experience but who are seeking to keep current in the field or expand their knowledge base.
The purpose of this unit is to familiarize learners with evolution of human resources from personnel management and the knowledge, understanding of the human resource management role and function within the key areas of resourcing, reward, development and relations.

1. Analyze the traditional personnel management with the new approach of Human resource Management to achieve organizational objectives

The CMP is designed to introduce learners to the principles of marketing strategies and to develop their knowledge and understanding of the formulation, implementation and control of a marketing strategy which is implemented by the marketing function of an organization. . Learners will learn about the theoretical concepts associated with a marketing strategy and the marketing planning process and its application to different market situations, by applying a range of appropriate marketing activity strategies. The factors and issues that influence marketing strategies and the role and impact of marketing strategies in the business and social environment will also be addressed.
This course will enable the learner to achieve the following skills and knowledge:

CHRM: The purpose of this unit is to deal with the interaction between strategy and human resources as approached from a general managerial perspective. It provides learners with a comprehensive overview of human resource issues applied to the most current technological advances and up-to-date investments in human resource practices. The conceptual framework for this unit is composed of a mission statement and nine components corresponding to individual sub-units that draw from the principles of human-capital theory, strategic management, strategic planning, environmental analysis, human resource planning, strategy implementation, and principles of evaluation. It also incorporates principles of rational and comprehensive strategic planning. The frame work begins with an assumption that the company has a mission of obtaining an appropriate rate of return for shareholders while complying with the interests of the company's other stakeholders, including employees and governmental agencies. The course aims to prepare students for their first significant appointment, be it vocational or academic providing them with a clear understanding of three dimensional design analysis, both in terms of space and objects. The course concentrates on the design element, encouraging students to develop a thorough and imaginative approach.
