At My Gym we provide Fitness programs and facilities specially designed for children between the age group of 6 weeks up to 10 years. We have our centers located at several countries worldwide. Our classes specially incorporate music, dance, sports and other activities. Our staffs are extensively trained who are committed towards attending the individual requirement of the children. We focus primarily on the development of the emotional, cognitive and physical aspects of the students as these are the basic building blocks for them to become a healthy and successful personality in future.
