Shams Gymnastics specializes in offering Gymnastic training to young gymnasts including both boys and girls. Our sessions are conducted through recreational to elite standard and also competitive squads. We ensure to offer the opportunity to experience artistic gymnastics in a safe and friendly environment. Our classes are conducted in small batches which enables our instructors to work effectively with each student to form a strong foundation using progressions and thus build confidence.
