Nisha’s Bollywood dance class is a vibrant, high energy class that starts with a unique warm up designed to increase flexibility and strength . It also includes warm ups and intense stretching to increase flexibility, balance and to strengthen and tone muscles. The class then flows into an exciting dance routine to the latest bollywood track.Various dance styles are also taught such as belly dance, bhangra, hip hop and contemporary. The class is a great way to keep fit whilst having fun.  All levels are welcome to this class. Bollywood Dance Classes are currently being held in DUCTAC, Mall of the Emirates every saturday 7 pm - 8 pm.  and every Friday 1 - 2 pm in Burjuman Community Hall - Opposite Virgin Megastore

We have great fun in our dance sessions, we try to increase the flexibility, muscle toning and other sort of exercise to increase the stamina.
