Experience:My tutoring experience started 18 years ago when I started tutoring my cousins for the official exams. I found out that I had the proper observation and fluid teaching methods to cater to every individual.
This experience expanded to tutoring my 10 years ago younger sister during her official exams and school examinations, especially when it came to courses with numbers.
During my MBA, where my classmates were mostly not from a business background, I had to assist over 40 of then with our accounting, strategy, marketing and sales courses throughout our MBA.
It is a passion for me to help people succeed, which is one of my main goals as a business leader where I mentor up and coming professionals on a daily basis.
Approach:I like to always observe and understand the difficulties people are facing in order to craft the proper tutoring approach, which is why I called it a fluid tutoring method.
Some people may have difficulty understanding numbers while others have a difficulty understanding methods.
