Experience:I have been teaching English in various forms for the past ten years. This includes preparing students for exams such as IELTS, TOEIC, and TOEFL as well as teaching English Literature and Language at GCSE, iGCSE, A Level, and IB levels. My teaching experience ranges from one-to-one tutoring in person and online to teaching in classrooms in primary and secondary schools, as well as international colleges. I prioritize helping students achieve their individual goals by providing differentiated instruction tailored to each student's needs. My goal is for students to feel confident, skilled, and satisfied with their learning after each lesson.
Approach:Lessons will begin with assessing the student's individual needs and goals, and creating a learning plan that is tailored to them uniquely. I can help students improve their English writing, speaking, reading, and listening skills, as well as prepare them for specific exams. I can assist in exam revision, or as a supplement to their home learning throughout their schooling years. Whether it's in person or online, I ensure that students feel they are being listened to and understood through careful planning of lessons that target weaknesses and build confidence in their strengths. Lessons can be a mix of conversation, reading, writing, and assessment.
