Experience:I have a degree in Education and a Primary PGCE qualification from the UK. I have been teaching in British curriculum schools for 8 years across various age groups from 5 to 11. Initially, I taught in the UK for 4 years before moving to teach in an international school in the UAE for another 4 years.
Approach:I have previously tutored privately for 2 years for 2 students, focusing mainly on English language acquisition. I will first discuss with parents and assess the pupil on how I can support them in their learning, and then make a weekly plan based on their needs. Previously, I have worked with their teachers to ensure that the lessons are linked to their school learning. My aim is to make lessons as interactive and fun as possible to ensure that the child enjoys learning!
