My goal is to create a supportive environment where students not only grasp difficult concepts, but also build confidence in their abilities. 
Qualification:Masters degree in Project Management and Bachelors degree in Biotechnology
Experience:I am a 25-year-old young lady with a background in Biotechnology and project management. Currently, I work in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Back in my home country, Ethiopia, I have experience tutoring primary school students in mathematics and secondary school students in biology. I am fluent in English and possess a good attitude, kindness, and patience to help your child succeed.
Approach:Nothing is more real than the experiences you had as a child. I aim to support the child in reviewing what they have learned in class according to my schedule. Even when I’m not there, I will encourage them to make daily review a habit.
It’s important for the child to gain confidence when they know the new topic before the teacher writes it on the board. This prior knowledge keeps them engaged in class and active in discussions.
I will encourage the child to take on the role of the examiner, assisting them in preparing exam questions based on what they’ve learned and setting aside time for question and answer sessions. We can adopt a 20-minute study approach, followed by 10 minutes of activities they enjoy, which will help them in the future.
I will also implement a system of rewards for achievements and keep the parents informed. While I believe in fostering independence, I will maintain a balance by being firm with the child. Too much freedom can negatively impact their personality, so with proper guidance, they will learn to respect themselves and others.
