In my previous position at Noble Women's College, Manjeri, I successfully developed and implemented a psychology curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate students, introducing them to core psychological concepts while encouraging critical thinking and self-reflection. My experience has taught me the importance of mentoring students to solve their personal issues, learning problems, as well as creating a classroom culture where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to participate actively in discussions. My teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning, encouraging students to connect theoretical concepts to real-life scenarios. This approach not only deepens understanding but also fosters empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills among students.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Calicut University, and I also have a BEd in Social Science. I am well-versed in a variety of teaching methods that meet the needs of diverse learning styles.
