Experience:I am a Primary School Teacher working in Dubai, currently teaching FS2 and working as phonics lead. I have previously worked in schools in the UK and in Spain. I have a BSc Honors degree (First Class) in English Language and a Post Graduate Diploma in General Primary. I have been providing private tutoring for 5 years now. I have tutored children from Year 1 (age 5) and adults who want to learn English. I believe in supporting and encouraging all my learners to become well-rounded individuals so they are able to positively contribute to society. My teaching supports children to build confidence and understanding in all subjects, leading to great progress and grades being achieved.
Approach:The relationships I foster create strong communication and trust between myself and students. This allows me to cater to specific learning needs and interests to create a conducive learning environment where students' academic, emotional, and developmental needs are met. I aim to create engaging, fun, and memorable lessons for children to ensure their success in retaining and building upon learned skills.
