Experience:I studied Primary Education at Northumbria University in Newcastle, and I have recently moved to Dubai to teach in a year 2 class. Previously, I taught in year 1 back in the UK and therefore have lots of experience teaching in KS1.
My teaching style is student-centered, focusing on creating an engaging and supportive environment.
Approach:When planning lessons, I focus on the individual needs of each student. I structure lessons to be engaging and interactive, incorporating various teaching methods such as direct instruction, hands-on activities, and discussion.
My specialties include Phonics and English; however, I am happy to tutor in any of the primary subjects. Overall, I aim to create a supportive learning environment that fosters confidence and independent thinking.
