Depending on the situation and the needs of the lesson, my teaching style is typically adaptable. For instance, I walk students through each lesson step-by-step when dealing with a structured module in an LMS (Learning Management System) where the information is automated. I make sure students comprehend the goals and specifications, offer assistance with queries or clarifications, and simplify and make the text easy to read. My responsibilities in this situation are primarily to help with troubleshooting, reinforce important concepts, and make sure the student reaches the module's learning objectives.

On the other hand, in a more flexible tutorial, I can be more hands-on and creative. I use songs to introduce rhyme and rhyme scheme. I also create templates or frame a pattern for a student to follow when guiding them in writing – addressing whatever needs may arise. As a current teacher, I have firsthand experience tracking and assisting students' progress and I am familiar with how ClassDojo, Teams, and weekly plans work. I apply this knowledge during tutoring sessions by establishing specific objectives and monitoring progress. By creating a personalized weekly plan for tutoring, I can align sessions with the child’s school curriculum and utilize communication tools like Teams for assignments, feedback, and updates. This consistency helps bridge the gap between tutoring and classroom learning, ensuring that students experience academic advancement.
