I have been residing in Dubai for one year, attaining clients for my database. My approach begins with assessing students' needs, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and creating a learning plan around their curriculum education.

When building relationships with young adults, a form of trust is developed which allows them to feel comfortable with the different learning styles I create. This trust enables them to provide feedback on their likes and dislikes, contributing to their improvement. 

Children often feel intimidated by their peers, resulting in underperformance. I ensure these children are reaching their full potential both at home and at school. Effective communication skills, patience, and adaptability are essential in this role, which happen to be my strengths.

I am also qualified to work with Special Education Needs (SEN) children by using a specialized approach to identify and address any additional needs they may have. This ensures they are kept up to date with milestones.

Approach:

When tailoring a learning plan, combining home life and school is key to me. I first need to understand the dynamics at school and if there is anything that needs improving, such as working towards a goal (for example, an upcoming exam) or if English skills are lacking. I observe certain characteristics: visual learners are often exposed to videos, flowcharts, and diagrams to help them understand and calculate the end result; auditory learners learn best through verbal instruction; and kinesthetic learners learn best through physical activities like writing or building models. Knowing the children, forming a relationship, and understanding their school and home life helps me create a specialized learning plan.
