Experience:With my background as a teacher, I have worked as a teacher and learning support for 7 years and am currently working in a secondary school as a learning support. I have taught and supported students to achieve targets set for them, using different strategies that work for different students.
Approach:One-on-one teaching, face-to-face teaching using multiple strategies like scaffoldings, reteaching lessons and teaching ahead depending on the needs of the students. I use the Read and Write technique for phonics.
