Experience:With 18 years of experience in the British Primary education system and 6 years at a very well-respected school in Dubai, I feel that I have the ability to enhance the learning, achievements, and well-being of your child. I strive to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where they feel valued, respected, and supported in their academic and personal growth.
In my current role, I am responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the grade, ensuring continuity and progression, and maximizing the achievement of all students. I motivate, empathize with, and inspire the students in my care, with a particular passion for raising children's achievements in English, and developing an intrinsic love for reading.
Approach:I have a deep understanding of the British Curriculum, the PYP standards, and the KHDA inspection framework. High academic standards and expectations are at the forefront of everything I do. I ensure that students are engaged and feel challenged in their learning.
I ensure that students receive the appropriate support, stretching and challenging them through a personalized ambitious academic program, while also making it stimulating and fun. I believe it is imperative that we promote students' confidence, happiness, and sense of well-being in order to develop resilient and balanced individuals.
