Economics, Politics and Philosophy Graduate at the University of Warwick, Entrepreneur

Experience:

I am a 2:1 Philosophy, Politics, and Economics graduate from the reputable University of Warwick. At University, I dedicated around 80% of my credits to Economics after achieving A*/As accross the board in my A Levels and IGCSEs, including Economics, Business, History Maths. I have chosen to deepen my Business knowledge by taking modules in finance, entrepreneurship and marketing at the highly prestigious Warwick Business School. 

While I was doing my A-Levels in Economics, Business, and Maths, I tutored a couple of IGCSE students at my school in Economics, Business, and History. My greatest achievement is having helped them achieve a grade increase from C to B in just one month.

Approach:

I plan to let the student take control of the session. If the student has a particular question, doubt, or concern, then I will help them navigate it by explaining the concept and then guiding them in applying that same concept with real-life past papers.

If there are no concerns to address, I will invite the student to revise what has been taught at school for the past week and check their knowledge. If a gap is identified, it will be immediately addressed. Closer to exam season, I will work through past papers with the student, explaining the different types of questions and how to tackle them.

For A-Level students, I can also provide support in the univerisity application process, aiding with personal statement writing.
