Experience:From 2016 to 2021, I worked in a rhythmic gymnastics club, where I worked with children aged 3 to 12 years old. In 2023, I worked in Finland as a gymnastics coach, and from 2023 to 2024, I worked in Dubai as a rhythmic gymnastics coach.
I am capable of conducting both individual and group trainings. My students are able to achieve the splits, learn a routine, and compete in competitions in a short period of time.
Approach:During training, I prefer to calmly explain to children the purpose of the lesson. Stretching occurs mainly under one's own weight. It is very important to pump up the muscles in order to perform more complex elements in the future.
