Experience:I've been a tutor for kids ages 4-6 here in Dubai. I usually like to do it face to face so I can engage with the child. I am a licensed teacher in the Philippines. I've worked in three different schools here in Dubai so I have backgrounds in different curriculum. My goal is to provide quality tutoring that supports student learning and greater understanding.
Approach:My lesson plan includes nurturing the curiosity of each child so that they grow in knowledge and confidence in their capabilities. Usually, I have my own materials that I can use for each session. I like to play games as part of the lesson to make it more engaging for the children. I'm not worried if the child didn't understand the lesson for that day; we can revisit it in the next session. I love teaching phonics, reading, and numbers.
