In 2019, I obtained my TEFL certificate to teach English online. I have experience tutoring children in South Africa and supporting teachers by providing additional guidance to students needing assistance with language and other areas of the curriculum.

As a teacher, I prioritize creating a fun and engaging learning environment. I put in considerable effort to keep children entertained while delivering effective lessons. I conduct English practice sessions tailored to improve speaking and writing skills across all age groups.

Approach:

   • Main Content (30-40 minutes): Break down the material into digestible parts using explanations, examples, and interactive activities.
   • Practice (15-20 minutes): Assign exercises or problems for the student to work on independently with immediate feedback.
   • Review and Q&A (5-10 minutes): Summarize key points, address questions, and discuss next steps or homework.

   • Encourage Participation: Engage the student through discussions and problem-solving activities.
