Experience:

I have 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language and beginner-level Turkish. My ESL teaching experience spans a wide age range, from 12-year-olds to adults up to 50 years old.

As a graduate of the IB Diploma Programme (M24), I possess extensive knowledge of the IBDP teaching system. During my diploma programme, I excelled in English B and Business Management courses. This success motivated me to share my understanding by tutoring peers in these subjects.

I find great satisfaction in teaching and aiding students in reaching their full potential. I am adaptable and can adjust my teaching style to meet the specific needs of each student.

Approach:

For language lessons, I begin by assessing the student's proficiency level and understanding their specific needs, then tailor my lesson plans accordingly. I prioritize genuine understanding over mere memorization in language learning.

When teaching IB subjects, my approach starts with identifying the student's areas of weakness and collaboratively addressing any gaps in understanding. My goal is to ensure the student achieves a comprehensive grasp of the key concepts in the subject matter.
