I love teaching, been enjoying doing that for more than 19 years now, I don't believe that the teacher should have ONE approach with the students, as per my experience with all of my students is the fact that a teacher should firstly focus on making a strong mental connection with the student in order to be able to formulate the most suitable effective approach for each one specifically.

Approach:

We're all unique in our own way, so it's the teacher's responsibility to figure out the best exciting way for the student to enjoy the subject NOT to have it be nothing more than an extra boring homework, no matter what's the level or age, studying should always be a cheerful experience a student looks forward to, just as much as we enjoy our favorite activities, be it a fitness class for adults or PlayStation time with best buddies. I think that's why we admired those great teachers of ours.
