After I got my training for 400hours from a recognized institute in India, I started providing online classes to students from various backgrounds in India, from beginners to advanced the students and I absolutely enjoyed the journey seeing it an overall personality development. I teach Ashtang yog style to all ages modulating any pose for a student to comfortably perform it and performing each pose with joy and laughter. I teach Pranayam and meditation that grounds and calms you.
