Experience:

I am a fresh Mechanical Engineer graduate but during my time studying i was a TA (Teaching Assistant) to Engineering courses and i would frequently give tutorials, lectures, and lessons to my fellow engineering students, i would be available to aid them throughout the day on WhatsApp, and would always welcome any questions or enquiries.

Approach:

My main focus in improving students' knowledge is encouraging questions. The more they ask, the better I can identify gaps and address them. I start at a slow pace and gradually increase it to match their optimal speed. Instead of providing answers directly, I guide students to find solutions themselves, which enhances learning. I'm always available to assist, correct mistakes, and explain errors to help them improve and achieve their full potential.
