I have a year experience as a student teacher at Kawempe Muslim School and I have a two year experience as a teacher of mathematics and English language at Bright Grammar School Masaka Uganda. And also I have gained a year experience as a tutor of Mathematics and English language in Dubai UAE. My excellent organisational skills, communication skills, good subjects knowledge and curriculum knowledge have enabled me to stand out as an excellent teacher and tutor. During my classes, I use some methods as follows; Questions and listening Use positive reinforcement Gauge my tutee's comprehension Build a mini agenda with my tutee or student. Approach:

I use the 5E lesson plan: Engage: I activate prior knowledge through short activities to engage with my tutee. Explore: I encourage my tutee to share observations and utilize critical thinking skills. Explain; I dive deeper into the topic. Elaborate; I invite my tutee to apply what he/she has learnt in more diverse contexts. Evaluate; I evaluate the tutee's progress to determine whether the lesson objectives has been met.
