I hold a Master's degree in Art Therapy from the university, and my family has a strong background in health and well-being. Drawing from my father's expertise as a medical doctor and acupuncturist, I have developed meditation techniques tailored to individual needs. We have created exercises based on natural movement patterns, with a focus on promoting well-being. My approach is highly individualized, and we adapt techniques to align with each person's natural predispositions.
