Utilizing various teaching strategies and incorporating Formative Assessment During Learning and Summative Assessment after Learning, I strive to inspire and appraise both students and colleagues alike, driving forward our commitment to STEM education excellence.

Determine learning goals, plan specific activities using worksheets or available materials, connect lesson plans to real life, seek creative and unconventional resources, assess student knowledge, and take time to reflect. Foster positive relationships, remain open to feedback, encourage cooperation, and utilize current curricula and teaching methods.
