I have completed Cache 3 in Early Years Education and Cache 5 in Leadership and Management from NCFE UK. My experience includes working with FS1 and FS2 children, specializing in phonics and fostering independent reading skills. Additionally, I have completed certified training in ABAT and IBT and have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and with ADHD. My strengths lie in perseverance, engagement, and commitment. I prioritize making learning enjoyable for my students and maintain open communication with parents.
