As a percussionist, I believe lessons should always be fun not a chore. I believe one of any music teacher's strength is to find what the student like and prefer and go with it in a smooth yet affective way.

Approach:

the best approaches to use nowadays is multi approach because it puts a lot of enjoyment and fun to the practice session. Lesson plans varies from one student to another according to the instrument, their age and their level. Each plan is put carefully after studying the student's liking and behavior and finding what they like the most.
