Experience:

I have assisted various learners that are not at level to reach their aims. I adjust with every students requirements and start planning and assisting from there. I also assist with completing homework while parents are working long hours.

Approach:

It depends on each students needs and level they are at. I prefer to assist my students by first identifying their level of performance and establishing what they need to enhance their performance and plan accordingly.
