Experience:

I graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a MA (Hans) Degree in Education, where I further developed my passion for learning and teaching. I started my teaching career in the UK. From there I travelled to Qatar where I taught Year 6 and was then promoted to Head of Year. I then returned to the UK to enrich my teaching across KG2-Grade 5, where I worked with many students from diverse backgrounds with a range of different needs. I am now teaching STEM to students from Pre-K to Grade 5.

Approach:

I recognise the importance of creating lifelong, curious learners. Working one-to-one allows students to expand and deepen their existing knowledge whilst building their confidence to explore new ideas and concepts. I offer home/online tuition to students across all curricula subjects for 3-16 year olds. I plan my lessons by considering the individuals interests, current working levels and attainment goals and provide them with the tools to study and achieve their academic goals.
