Started ballet training at the age of 6. Studied in Japan and Australia. Danced professionally in Japan, Singapore and UAE.

I have over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates and ballet, catering to students from beginner to advanced levels, spanning from children to adults. I am proficient in teaching in both English and Japanese.
