Experience:

I have been running my own full-time tutoring business for over 12 years teaching English to students from top British international schools and leading international companies in Asia.  Over the last 5 years, I have moved my business online with a particular focus on students from the Middle East. I have lived in Asia for over 23 years and in that time I have helped over 200 students reach their potential.  I am a fully qualified CELTA teacher and hold an MBA from Durham University in the United Kingdom. Originally from the UK, I have a clear and easy-to-understand Oxford / Cambridge British accent.  

Approach:

My classes are fun, creative, and interactive. I would describe myself as friendly, reliable, patient, committed, understanding, and non-judgmental. I have a comprehensive library of professional teaching materials built up over the years (Longman, Oxford, Cambridge, etc.), and I have also compiled many of my own materials for specific purposes. I have a successful track record in improving English standards, and I am completely dedicated to helping my students succeed.  For online classes, I use a range of interactive tools to enhance learning, meaning my students find lessons extremely engaging, productive and convenient.
