Experience:

I completed my Gemology certifications in 2018 and recently obtained a diamond grading certification from HRD Antwerp, Dubai Campus. With my extensive experience in teaching, I understand that gems identification heavily relies on practical work, comprising approximately 90% of the learning process, with theory contributing the remaining 10%. My teaching approach emphasizes hands-on experience and practical application to ensure a comprehensive understanding of gem identification.

I tailor my teaching approach to accommodate the prior knowledge and experience of each student regarding gemstones and diamonds. By understanding their existing understanding and skill level, I can effectively scaffold new knowledge and build upon their foundation. Whether a student is a novice or has some prior knowledge, I aim to provide engaging and informative lessons that meet their individual learning needs and goals.
