Experience:

With a B.A. in Psychology and certification as a Board Certified Registered Behavior Technician (2022), I'm currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Psychology and Learning Disabilities. My experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant (2020-2021), Learning Support Assistant (2021-2023), and Behavioral Therapist (2022-present). Additionally, I've been working as a Private Tutor for Special Educational Needs since 2022, specializing in neurodiverse children with learning disabilities. With four years of experience and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, I offer tailored support to help each child reach their full potential.

I offer a complimentary demo class to establish a positive relationship, prioritizing trust and respect. Utilizing ABA techniques such as offering choices, implementing reward charts, and employing positive reinforcements, I cultivate a "safe space" conducive to learning. Sessions are customized to meet individual needs, promoting a structured routine for seamless adaptation. I infuse creativity and excitement into sessions to ensure an enjoyable learning experience. My ultimate aim is to foster independence and enhance self-regulation skills in every student.
