Qualification:

I believe that each teacher needs to be understanding, flexible, patient and to deal with the students according to their abilities, academic levels, type of intelligence which can create an engaging healthy learning environment.

Experience:

I am an experienced teacher with well-developed skills, specializing as a qualified English teacher for early years students, boasting seven years of experience. I hold a degree from the Faculty of AlAlsun (Languages) at Ain Shams University. Furthermore, I am a PED holder, having completed the Professional Educator Diploma in Teaching Early Years Learners at the American University in Cairo. Additionally, I successfully completed the Educational and Psychological Qualification course for teachers with a non-Educational background at Ain Shams University.

Approach:

I plan to use the Gradual Release of Responsibility model (I do - we do - you do), which offers a structured approach to instruction. This model allows me to guide students through the learning process, gradually shifting the responsibility from the teacher to the students, ultimately fostering independence in their academic endeavors.
