According to me, an ideal teacher should be empathetic and open-minded and the teaching – learning experience should be engaging, thought provoking and rewarding. Experimenting new pedagogical initiatives is something that personally excites me as I strongly believe that the same teaching method will not be effective for different topics and diverse set of students. I love to practice, learner – oriented teaching and assessment methods along with the traditional pedagogical practices.
