I believe the classroom should be a safe, fun, and engaging environment where EVERY child has the opportunity to maximise their academic potential. In my classes, I adopt a student-led approach rather than a teacher-led one, promoting independent and collaborative learning. I cater to visual, kinesthetic, auditory, and oracy learners, following the mantra of teaching my students "not just the what, but how."

Approach:

In my classroom, everyone contributes as a student, teacher, and thinker. I view the learning process as reciprocal—I learn from my students as much as they learn from me. To emphasise this philosophy, I regularly incorporate feedback from my students. Their insights have been invaluable, offering useful information on what is working well in class and areas where improvement is possible. I firmly believe in the ongoing journey of learning, and I want my students to understand that we can learn from each other.
