Experience:

Teaching, in my perspective, is a give-and-take policy where both educators and students continually learn from each other. The past year has been one of my most rewarding experiences with my students. I believe that teaching extends beyond the contents of a book; it involves exploring each student's potential and talents. Additionally, as a tutor, I see the opportunity to shape students' characters by mentoring them and instilling the values of being good individuals, as I genuinely appreciate and care for each student.

Approach:

Each lesson is meticulously planned in alignment with the syllabus. For instance, a topic is introduced by elucidating its meaning and providing relevant examples. Interactions are woven into the session, encouraging discussion on the topic. The emphasis is on comprehension rather than rote memorization—students are guided to understand each line, supported by examples and discussions. This approach aims to help students grasp the content, fostering the ability to explore further and make meaningful connections on their own.
