I was employed by 51Talk, a Chinese corporation specializing in recruiting English teachers. Within the company, I held the position of Senior Teacher B, which was the third-highest ranking. Additionally, as a mechanical engineer, I have exposure to a broad spectrum of math and science courses.

Approach:

I begin by assessing my students' existing knowledge and identifying potential areas of difficulty. Once I understand their strengths and weaknesses, I tailor my lessons accordingly. My focus is on teaching and reinforcing concepts in areas where they may need assistance or find challenges.
