Experience	Experience: I have worked as a private tutor in the USA for students ranging from pre-school all the way to juniors and seniors in high school preparing for college entrance exams. I taught for 2 years in the USA and am in my 3rd year teaching in the UAE. Most of my experience is with the US curriculum, but I am now working at a UK school to grow as a teacher. I have also worked with students of determination for 3 years and at a university for one year.

Approach	Approach: First, I listen to the short-term needs. This may be an upcoming exam or a lesson they did not understand earlier that week in class. Next, I want to find any learning gaps that students may have for medium-term improvements. As someone who was taught before, during, and after the Covid pandemic, I recognize many students fell behind due to a variety of circumstances. Finally, I like find out what each student likes so I can combine their areas of interest with areas of improvement.
