Although I may be new to teaching yoga independently, I have been an Art of Living volunteer since the age of 18. During this time, I have acquired valuable experience by assisting in numerous batches under the guidance of a seasoned yoga and wellness teacher associated with The Art of Living, founded by Sri Sri Ravishankar. This hands-on involvement has provided me with practical insights into teaching yoga and assisting individuals on their wellness journeys.
