*Delivered the EYFS curriculum to an outstanding level • Consistently achieved outstanding grading in lesson observations • Lead multiple Literacy based Parent Workshops to support parents with teaching their child at home and expectations of their current year group • Conducted 1:1 parent meetings-to meet the needs of the individual learner • Planned around children’s interests-highlighting individual learners needs and providing stretch and challenge for the more able learners

Approach:

I provide a ‘hands on’, experienced based learning in all areas of the curriculum. This has fuelled me to observe each child’s individual characteristics, identifying how they learn best, what motivates and captures their imagination and passions. Ensuring every child’s needs are catered for within the activities I plan. I dedicate time to identify every individuals strengths and embed this into my planning to ensure that your child gets the best.
