Experience:

I put my students' needs first. I feel that every student learns differently. As a result, I adapt my teaching methods to cater to each student's pace of learning. I also focus on building student's confidence on the foundations, so they can tackle more advanced concepts. It's important for me to identify student strengths and weaknesses and assess their progress. Fundamentally, to me, students should enjoy learning, and my sessions should be a positive experience they look forward to.

Approach:

My approach involves working with personalized lesson plans, explaining topics practically with real world examples, and making sessions interactive with discussions, quizzes and hands-on learning experiences for students, with regular tests and assessments to check student progress. I have a flexible schedule that I can adapt as per student needs.
