My tenure as a head of department has further honed my skills in curriculum development and pedagogical approaches. Additionally, my role as a senior examiner for Psychology (AQA) and Sociology examination boards has afforded me a comprehensive understanding of assessment criteria, contributing to my track record of guiding students to excel in their GCSE and A level examinations.
