Experience:

I am 43 years old and as a current education leader, I am able to offer individual tuition in maths, and English as well as other subjects taught in primary schools. I also specialise in preparing pupils for entrance exams to international schools. I have a BA in Modern Languages, a PGCE in Primary Education and an MA in International Education. I can offer general education advice and find that my pupils make speedy progress towards their goals, whatever they may be.

Approach:

I pride myself on the strong relationship I build with my students and I use their interests to motivate them in lessons. I plan my lessons based on the individual needs of every student and I regularly revisit prior learning to ensure it is firmly embedded. I always make lessons fun and engaging by planning well paced lessons that use a variety of teaching and learning techniques that are student centred.
