Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant

Experience:

As a teaching assistant for 8 years, I’ve worked with the children under foundation stage (3-4 years old). I assist the teacher in different lessons like phonics, guiding them to read and write simple english words and even to construct simple sentences. Throughout those years, I’ve learned to be more patient and determined in teaching for the development of every student.

Approach:

Preparing lesson plans can be done by defining and researching about the topic, determining the objectives, procedure, time management and providing guided student practice. By providing learning materials appropriate for the lesson, it will help the students, especially the younger children to understand the topic.
