Experience:

Effective tutor has 4+ years of experience and knows how to explain abstract concepts in concrete ways. Positivity, reliability, and clear communication are the foundations of my tutoring success. Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments. Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research, and other academic tasks. Working with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom.

Approach:

I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students' homework for them!
