Experience:

I have been a tutor since last 17 years. I was lucky to teach students of various grades and various subjects. My students are always thorough on the content. I clarify simple to complex doubts they raise. I believe in slow and steady wins the race. Every student is different and their approach to study is also different. I observe and then adapt the way of teaching. I believe in punctuality and don't over commit. I love studies thus I am still a student of PhD in artificial intelligence area.

Approach:

All of us know that each human is different and thus my students are. Hence I take few classes to assess the student attitude, knowledge and approach to a subject. Then accordingly decide my strategy. Make a daily routine that student should follow. Provide printed questions to have a continuous evaluation. Recap what we read and allow some homework to be done. Available online anytime to support quick doubts. These worked very well in the past. Student don't fear to ask any questions to me
