Experience:

I have been training working professional, new graduate , IT students and the group work force for various IT company to enhance their skill on Unix/Linux and to enable them to be ready for real time issues faced in the company on various domain related with Unix / Linux. Also enabling the student to not only gets the hands on the skill but also to prepare them for the upcoming new technologies which will help them to improve and to be ready to meet new challenges.

Approach:

For my teaching it will be not just bookish as I have not learned that way but instead it is more practical's and lab based methodology. Its just not Unix / Linux which you need to learn for your job its the entire infrastructure understanding which will clear your concept of how and where we use this technology and what benefit it is for a company's. Its a lovely journey of understanding with concept and hands on.
