Experience:

I am a highly professional, results-driven English teacher with 5 years of experience in developing and delivering language programs to various learners encompassing diverse backgrounds, from beginners to advanced, students and migrants to business professionals. I have the opportunity to work with children and adults of all ages and abilities while I was working for the British Council. My professional experience includes more than four years as an English teacher.

Approach:

I have planned lessons holistically, focusing on learning chunks of language instead of using meta-language. I also provided continuous and formal assessments to help track students’ progress and development. I have adapted materials and lesson plans so they could be more student-centred and culturally appropriate. As an English Instructor at the British Council, I taught students intensive language courses. This involved developing customized materials for each age group.
